You will be able to choose from a number of different plans based on your individual and family needs including plans for children, adults, and periodontal maintenance care.

We can help you customize a plan that is simple to understand, reliable, and includes preventative care such as cleanings, exams, x-rays, and even discounts on additional procedures. Methods of Payment:
Full membership amounts must be paid in full. No payment plans will be available for the discounted dental memberships. Must have a credit card on file. Once the annual fee is paid, then the member will be entitled to the services for a 12 month period.
The effective date begins when the payment is due. Memberships are renewed at the same price on the renewal date each year. If a payment is missed, then the original price will not be held. Can pay via credit card or cash/check (for an additional 3% discount)
The Kinston Smiles Family Dental Membership Plan is not dental insurance, but a dental health membership plan provided by Kinston Smiles Family Dental and is not transferable to other dental offices, including referrals to specialists This plan is only available to patients who do NOT have existing dental insurance or anticipate discontinuing their current dental insurance
Participation cannot be combined with any other offer or dental plan. No refunds will be provided for dues paid, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. Fees for dental services may change at any time. This plan does not apply to services or injuries covered under workman’s compensation, medical insurance, general liability, etc. It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments.
Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment. A no-show fee may apply for no-show or late rescheduling as usual.
Dental Insurance
At Kinston Smiles, we accept most insurance providers, as well as health savings account (HSA) and flex spending account (FSA) plans.
We will file all necessary claims and paperwork with your insurance provider. We will provide you with an explanation of your dental benefits prior to dental treatment.
